Mission Statement

I am a dedicated professional committed to providing quality mental health and coaching services. It is my overall goal to enhance the quality of life for individuals. My belief is that all people are valuable regardless of the type of problems and/or challenges they are facing in their lives and should be treated with dignity and respect in a caring environment.

Tree of Life is dedicated to wellness of body, mind and soul in balance with Nature. Psycho-therapeutic counseling, life coaching, relationship coaching, parenting coaching, spiritual guidance, and training in various body-mind practices are offered to serve the well-being of you and your loved ones. Wilderness-based vision quests are offered, also, as a way to help people come into a closer, more wholesome, relationship with Nature and one's true self, which is vital for health and self-fulfillment.

At Tree of Life, we are committed to the well-being of the world, too. The course of most of the world's cultures are increasingly dominated by exploitive commercial, political and economic attitudes and practices that are destroying the viability of millions of people, animals, and habitats across the planet. This trend towards the globalization of commercial consumer values over all other values must be stopped by any means necessary. In its place, we must foster a culture premised upon appreciation of Nature and respect for all life, as well as respect for self-discipline and sustainable life styles.

To this end, we at Tree of Life believe that such change begins in our bodies, hearts and minds as we mature into true persons with purpose and vision guiding our lives. When we live genuinely, respecting our own needs as well as the needs of others and of Nature, then a viable alternative culture principled upon wisdom will emerge.
