the pH of one's diet towards the alkaline side. A highly acidic diet
will promote poor health, such as obesity, indigestion, ulcers, skin
rashes, bone porosity, joint deterioration and a host of other issue.
A highly alkaline diet is problematical as well. The goal is balance.
